Nanar Vorperian was born in Addis Ababa, spent many years working within London’s artistic scene, and now lives in Tuscany. A singer, actress, and writer, she has collaborated with numerous internationally renowned artists and producers and has performed across Europe, the United States, and Japan. As co-founder of Break Reform and Abstract Blue Recordings, she brings together music, literature, and performance in a distinctive way. Alongside her artistic work, she is active in the fields of literature and education and, together with her partner David, founded the bilingual learning initiative “Shades of Green / Sfumature di Verde” in Tuscany. She has recently completed her first collection of poetry and is currently working on the second book in the “Shadow Boy” series. Her Armenian roots and multicultural background deeply shape both her poetic voice and her artistic work.
